Treasure hunting wrapped in an engaging story that reveals the downsides of the current financial system—in a colorful, illustrated fiction adventure! Yup, that's Bulltardia, a super unique project that started back in 2020.

FUN FACT: This episodic comic series hid 12 secret keys that, when combined, formed a seed phrase for a special Bitcoin wallet. The reward? 0.1 BTC for anyone who could crack it (that's 10 million satoshis!). But even more than the treasure hunt, we love this project for its creativity and originality. It's a truly gripping story with eye-catching illustrations by artist Dim Zayan.

BY THE WAY 📍 seriously, we need way more comic books the Bitcoin space... Fingers crossed for new ones in 2026 and beyond! It's the kind of fun content that appeals to both adults and older-teens alike.

Sharp illustrations and a thrilling plot packed into around 16 episodes (as far as we know). The entire tale introduces Bitcoin's history through a cool adventure about creatures oppressed by fiat overlords. The bad guys? The “Holy Church of Fiat,” which controls its citizens with violence and lies. Then one day, a rebellious (and a bit grim and harsh toward others) Honey Badger is sent on a journey by his father, Satoshi, to return the magical Moonstone (with its familiar “B” symbol) to its rightful home—and help free the oppressed ones along the way.

Most episodes are still available to read for free online on Citadel21 (the Bitcoin cultural zine that originally published them). Of course, the absolute best way to experience them was through their limited printed versions—the physical zines felt extra special and collectible! Those prints were available to purchase mostly back in 2020–2022, but they're likely sold out or hard to find now. But if you still want to dive into this story , check out the online links and enjoy 😎
